Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
The grandfather of my wife gifted 40 kanal of land situated in Rawalpindi to the grandmother of my wife. The grandmother later before death (my wife's father was alive at that time) she gifted entire peice of land to the brother of my wife and deprive the other two brothers and 3 sisters. Please advice can it be challeged in courts.

the gift is valid if the necessary conditions are fulfilled at the time of gift (written or oral) if the case is other wise than you might have a case. you can discuss the details over the phone.
