Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather was writing a will in favour of son for tractor loan purpose. Now grandfather died. He has one son and one daughter. past 5 years My mother take care of our parents. Now my uncle changed the property in his name. My mother didn't know about that will. my mother do you take any legal action . Please advice me.
