Right for grandson on Grandfather's property

I am from a hindu family.karanataka.My grandfather expired last week. Right for grandson on Grandfather's property got 2 sons & 2 daughters.There is a house 1500sqeft and 2 sites in my grandfather's name & he has registered the house in to my uncle (second son of my grand father) and 10yrs before we divided and we register in to Hindu in divided family

Is there any right to acquire the property of grand father by grand son (first sons son) which is already got registered for 2nd son and daughters.

And who r all having right to acquire the property after death of the person

if a property is already alienated during the lifetime of the deceased, the legal heirs do not have a right on the same. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
