what is the right of grandson and his widow mother in the property of grandfather if property has been purchased by him and his(grandfather) two brother.

if it is a self acquired property then the grandfather is pleased to give his share to whomsoever he wants to you will have no right.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The grandfather's 1/3rd share in the joint property, if he so desires and wishes, can either be Willed or Gifted by the grandfather in his daughter's name or his grandson's name. The grandson's right of the grandfather's 1/3rd share of the joint property is only anticipatory, and is neither implied nor explicit.
