Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my great grand father died in 1945 leaving his wife, two daughters(married) and a son with a property of 12 acres... in 1991 his son registered the properties on his name.. whether the daughters have equal rights on it.. can we the grandsons can file a case on it for our grandmothers share.
