Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My greatgrand father halied from Pakistan and had some land there. Post partition , the land was given in India which he divided to his 3 sons.
My grandafther got land of his share and also bought some land (for which proof is not available) and distributed to his 4 sons (inlcuding my father) . Now , my father wants to make his WILL but confused if that land is ancestral property or inherrited/self-acquired property

If the property was partitioned and your father got his share through written document then the property is self acquired.
