Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hai sir.. iam 21yrs old swapna.. iam the only daughter of my father who expired when i was 1 yr old.. after that i and my mom are staying in maternal home.. with out informing to us my uncles(my father's brothers) registered our property on their wives name. we dont have profs with my father name..but we got registered copy with my paternal grandfather name.. now can i get my fathers share.. and how.. plzz answer my question..

Dear Swapna,
Your uncles cannot register the property in their wives names without valid documentation. You can challenge the transfer of the title in the Court and cliam your father's share in the property.
