Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hai

My Father-in-Law had purchase a property in 1984 and built shops in 1987 2 floors and paying tax and taking rent till 2017 and gifted the property to his daughter and the same we demolished and started reconstructing, now one person has sent notice that the property belongs to his grand father in revenue records and stop the construction work.

Kindly let me know how to go about it as I hv property records purchased, sale deed, mother deed, khatha certificates, EC, betterment charges paid receipt, tax paid, water bill and electricity bill connection, plan sanction and all property related records.

Should I reply for that notice?

Looking forward to hear from you ASAP
