can a hatak-e-izzat case could get filed agaianst a person abusing and acusing me through facebook. i had all the his address and contact details. and also have snapshots of his conversation.

this amounts to libel and slander, you can by all means can go for a legal action and also for restraining orders against him as a user.. but this virtual type of evidence needed to be proved to win this up. details can be discussed over phone or in a meeting.
