Hello,
Do I need to have any sort of license for being a broker or property consultant in case of buying or selling of flats, houses, villas apartments, plots or commercial office spaces? I am located in Bangalore in India

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are operating your business from home, no license is needed. If you are operating your business from a shop, the Shops and Establishment license is needed.
