Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello,
I applied for cannada express entry through kansas consultancy, hyderabad. They told me to deposit 66000. I did deposit. Then, they sent legal agreement papers to sign. I read all the points in the agreement and decided not to continue. I told them within 24 hours that I am not willing to sign the agreement and would like the refund. They are saying its non-refundable. What should I do. I did not sign the legal documents. But, they say that I have accepted the terms and conditions online while paying the amount. Please advice as soon as possible. Thank you.
