Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hello,
I had buy a plot of 200 sq. yard on 9th February 2016,
but there were an dispute in this plot in 2012. there were two owner of this plot.
someone sold me this plot to me, without any notification of dispute. now Can i file a case on old owner under IPC 420 ?
