Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello,
Is Unregistered Will is valid in india. My Grand Father had 2 sons. He has one House which he given to his younger son. written in his will. But that Will is not registered.
That house is on the name of grandfather. Now my Father(Younger Son) wants that house is owned and named by him.
What is the procedure? Please suggest.

is the will signed by 2 witnessess?/ if not then the will not be a valid will and the property will be inherited by all the legal heirs.
