hello...me and my husband for separated for 4 months....he took my green card...now i am planning to go USA with transportation letter..My son is staying with me..If i go to US is there any danger for me or for my son from my husband?I am planning to stay with my brother during my stay in US

You may not be able to take your son out of India in case any petition is pending however you may contact a lawyer along with required documents.
