hello,my husband and i got married in india.Both of us are green card holder.My son is US citizen.My husband left us.Now he sent divorce notice from US.How can i get alimony from him?Can he marry without my reply for the notice?

File a case of sexual abuse/ domestice violence act against him . If you ever resided in your in laws house and were subject to any cruelty then complain u/s 498A IPC to the nearest CAW Cell.You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
