Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
This is about a hereditary land.My late father had a share in his heriditary land. But when we were children, due to some financial problems regarding to my uncle,my father said that he doesnt want the land and the brother could take it.It had not been written in a stamp paper or any legal paper.Hope he did it in a simple white paper. Now the property is saled. All others got a share of the money. We too face some financial problems. Is there any chance we would get atleast a small share ..

Dear Sir / Madam,
NO, in principle, since your father has given up all his claims and rights on the land to your uncle, you are not entitled to any share of the hereditary land.
Regards,
