Can you please let me know what is the procedure of getting court marriage.

Dear Sonika,
You have to submit an application (in the prescribed format) in the concerned local Municipality Office giving all your detail and the detail of the groom, and pay the fees one month in advance. On the given date, the Registrar remains witness to the Marriage either in the Office of the Registrar itself, or in any venue organized by you to conduct the wedding nuptials. Within a month of your Marriage, the Registrar issues the Marriage Certificate.
