Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
Currently I am planning to work as a broker or property consultant for buying and selling of lands, flats, houses , commercial spaces. I have a pan card. But I do not have any office space or licenses (required if any) for being a broker. Can you please suggest do I need any license and/or office space for being a broker for buying selling lands, houses, office spaces etc? I am located in Bangalore in India
Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is a famous saying in Marathi, which aptly applies to you : "Kanadi appa, maru nakos gappa." And if you split the word Karnataka into two "kar" and "nataka" kar means to do or show and "nataka" means make so much hue and cry about the fire where there is not even smoke. Henceforth, say you are from Bengaluru in your speech, and not Bangalore anymore.
Regards,
