Dear Sir just i want to know that my real father purchase property to my mother name & after my father death mother got a second marrige i m only one son of my real father is there is my any right to my father property or not

Dear Sir.
Yes, you do have a legal right in the share of your father's house, but you should very diplomatically be in the good books of your mother to win over her confidence so that she grants you half the share in your deceased father's house.
