Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
Few months back i purchased a plot in karnataka. and it was in a layout. The person who sold that plot bought that area from some one else. In this chain of transactions, grandson of one of the person files a case now. It was his grandfather who sold that land and all his(granfather's) sons, daughters and wife singed on the sale deed and that time this grandson was minor. Now this grandson is claiming for ownership of that land . This agricultural land has been converted very long back.
I would like to know
Whether this grandson has the ownership of the land now? If yes then what about us, who are current owners of that land?
