how much max.money housing society can force to pay on the name of repairing (putting roof on terrace)
in monthly bill (monthly for long term)

It depends upon the amount of expenditure made in repairing divided by number of flats (If the maintanace is of general in nature). But if the damage is caused by a specific person (Flat Owner/Resident) then according to me he should be made to pay all the damages.
