Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I want to know, is it legal for any company operating in Karachi to record its employees audio and video both through CCTV footage. As CCTV cameras are placed and everybody knows it is for recording video, but nobody knows it also records the audio neither any signs are displayed regarding that neither the employees know about it.

Please confirmt he exact provisions of law in regards to rights of privacy in this regard.

Also, one more thing, if a business is being outsourced to a third party and employees of outsourcing company are working in the premises of a third party, so that third party management without the knowledge of outsourcing company records the audio and video of outsourcing company employees through CCTV footage. ( video is known, audio is not). can they do that?
