Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
Iam a married Hindhu women . My mother who is still alive owns a land and she wrote a WILL stating my younger brother will be the sole owner of the property after her death. My mother never worked and doesnot have a income of her own ,the property was bought from my father's(my father is no more)money and registered on my mother's name at the time of purchase itself. As the property was bought from my father's money can i file a case for equal rights.
If i file a case for equal rights what will be the percentage of chances of me to win the case.
Please suggest.Looking for answers from Indian civil lawers.

Dear Sir / Madam,
As the title owner of the land, your mother has the legal right to Will the property in the name of your younger brother. Since it is a Will, the transfer of title will take effect after your mother;s lifetime.
