Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
My name is Akshay, I was cought using incorrect pass while travelling back to my home from work. Because of that i was asked to pay Rs-10500 penalty and then after 15 days from payment i was terminated from my company for the same act ? I worked in my company 6 years without any behavior and now i can not join any company because of termination letter given to me. This act of company has taken away my rights to leave..
Can you please guide me as the actions taken again me was correct or incorrect ?

What do u mean by incorrect pass? Whether there is any connection between the pass and the company? Whether company issues any pass to you?
