Hi,
My sister is getting married in India and the groom is a citizen of Hong Kong. He said to get citizenship the civil marriage should be registered in Hong Kong and marriage cannot be registered at both the places I.e India and Hong Kong. It is advisable to get it registered in india but if that creates a problem in citizenship then go for arya samaj marriage in india and then get it registered in hong kong.
