i am hindu and only daughter of my father and he expired before 14 years. my father's first wife adopted her ownsister's son in 2012. now that adoption son gave my father property as a settlement to his natural mother.the property patta is in my name now how to proceed and what step i can take kindly advice me

More facts are needed.

(1) You said Your fathers first wife, so you are daughter from second wife.

(2) What happened with the marriage status of first wife, it was divorce ?

(3) Was the adoption done by your father and the first wife

(4) Could you please let me know the history so i can advise you more on the issue.

Dear Madam,

Although I've already answered your query, I'll repeat for the sake of brevity. Since the property patta is in your name, you are the rightful legal owner. Sister's adopted son does not fall within the definition and meaning of natural blood relative.
