Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A hindu married women had live in relation with a hindu unmarried man. Her divorce case against her husband is pending in a civil court (HMA 13A)
When the man came to know this fact that she is a married women he left the live inn lady and marry a unmarried girl of his choice.
but the live in lady threatening to file case against the man. what will be the consequences?
If she will file a false rape case, how could the man make her confess in the court that they had consensual relation as the live lady is still expecting the man will join her again. Should the man's wife file complain about the women and let the court decide the matter before the live in lady filling a rape case??

have you informed her husband about her conduct??.try to record her conversation by making her admit it was a consesual act and not rape. you can also file a police complaint against the lady for threatening you and blackmailing you.
