Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have taken Hosue Loan from PNBHFL & they have deducted 48000/- to buy insurance policy. Now when i cleared the loan & asking to official letter of Insurance. They are not give neither they money.
I also asked to show the consent letter which i have singed to buy Insurance Policy.
Pls suggest

1) They insure on their own based on general T&C of sanction or written elsewhere.
2) Why did u not point when in the beginning the premium was debited not after closing?
3) However send ur protest against their unauthorised deduction with copy to their higher authorities.
