Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My house came to foreclosure in court, the total amount which i have to pay is five lakhs . my lawyer said that at least you have to pay one lakh to stop the auction . i have paid the said amount and i have stopped the auction. but after that 3 times i have paid rupees fifty thousands and 1 time twenty five thousand but the lawyer is saying that the court will not give any payment receipt for this payment. i am sure that the lawyer is not paying my money to the court, can you give me any idea to know how much amount did my lawyer paid to court, and how to pay the amount to the court direct without my lawyer.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Every payment you make to the Court receiver is always supported with a money receipt. Your lawyer is taking you for a jolly good ride if he is not giving you the receipt for all the monies paid by you to the lawyer. You should ask the lawyer to immediately give you all the money receipts threatening the lawyer that in the event he / she fails, you will lodge a police complaint against the lawyer.

Regards,
