Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A house under my grand father name ..........he did registered deed on my faher name 10-15 years ago and he passed away.
now my fathers did a registered will under his son name .
he has one son and daughter
is there any requirement of daughter signature .
or he can alaim after long period.......... or its safe will .......

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your father's registered Will in the name of his son is valid. There is no need for the daughter's signature on the Will.
