Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have an house of worth 1.5 to 2 Cr in Haryana, the house was on the name of my grandma
My Grandmother has unfortunately passed away few days back.
My father had 2 brother one is younger and other is elder one. The younger brother has taken signature from grandmother over an will.
The will claims following:
1. 25% of share over that house is to my younger uncle.
2. 25% of share over that house is to the son of my younger uncle.
3. 25% of share over that house is to my mother.
4. 25% of share over that house is to my elder uncle.
My grandmother was not educated and will is in English, signatures of my grandmother are in hindi.
Can we take any legal actions against this cheat??
Is it logical to invest my time and money in an court case against my uncle over this matter??
My grand mother has 3 daughters as well out of which i'm sure 2 will be on my favor, what do you think i should do??

Dear Madam,
A Will to be valid has to be signed by the executor in the presence of two witnesses who also need to sign alongside their name and address in the Will. A Will to be put into effect has to be backed by a Probate from the Court. At the time of issue of the Probate, all the legal heirs are called to the Court for giving their statement prior to the issue of the Probate in the name of the beneficiaries named in the Will. You may challenge the Will at that time and clear your doubts.
Regards,
you may go for cancellation of will and also have an option of filing a criminal complaint of forgery and cheating.
