Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
IN HUF, there were a husdand ,wife and 3 son's (son1,son2,son3).
The property made by husband to his wife name(she is house wife).
After the death of her husband, the son3 claim for property in court,uder this situation wife gift deed some part of property to son2 so since the property issue was in court ,is the gift deed made by wife is valid?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the matter is subjudice in the Court, the wife cannot gift the property to any of her sons, till the matter is decided by the Court.
