Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My husband sell properties without my signature as I have right full authority to put up a civil case on whom that purchased my husband properties.

In whose name Property stand ? If it is in joint name of you and your husband, then your husband cannot sell the entire property, save his own share in the property. However, if property is solely in name of your husband, then you have no locus to challenge such alienation.
