Hi,
we are from Hindu's family we are 4 sisters got married, and we have 1 brother got married and he having 2children 1daughter and 1son, our father and mother pass away recently.. all our sisters will get to equal to share of my Father property or Not? my father no given any will on any property

Dear Sir / Madam,
If there is no Will of your parents regarding their property estate, it will be equally divided amongst all surviving legal heirs.
