Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
when iam at an age of 10...,my father and grandfather sold a land .That property is my grandfather"s father property.now iam at an age of 37. shall i have a right on that solded property?

you may file the case within 3 years from the date you gained knowledge of sale after acquiring majority.
