iam already having a legalheir certificate in tamilnadu in the year of 2009.now my fathers first wife adopted her sisters son and now he got legalheir in vilupuram thasildhar office on may 2013.how to cancel that legalheir certificate in thasildhar office in vilupuram in tamilnadu.it is possible are not.now only i came to know about it.wat step i can take now further how i can proceed. please explain me

Dear Madam,
You will obviously have to challenge your father's first wife's sister's son's legal heir certificate by filing an application in the Vilupuram Tehsildar's Office on the lines I advised you earlier.
