Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi. This incident happened almost 4 months back and since then no contact I had from my client... but I am a little concerned still so planned to ask this in the forum.

I had a client from UAE who made me work for over 5-6 days without paying me for the work, or depositing anything upfront. I told him he can pay after I deliver him mockups. Now after delivering him the mockups and his continuous requests, he didn't like it and was giving me "one last chance" to do better. I got fed up finally and told him that I can't work if he is not willing to cooperate.

After a little bit of argument he blocked me on Skype and it totally angered me. He didn't pay me wasted my time etc and I got angry and sent him an insulting email that he was stupid not to appoint this work to someone else when he was so busy and that is english was very bad (which really is, I have proof). He didn't pay me for the work and wasted my time and he will feel guilty for that... but I did not curse him or anything.

I also remember forwarding to another email address (info@) because what if he also blocked me on email. But that's it. I just forwarded to that email and his own email address only.

So in return he told me to respect myself otherwise will take legal action for what I wrote. I was shocked. After all these problems, he was again threatening with law. He told me to end things smoothly and not bad wrestle etc. So I replied back to him that I have plenty of respect for him and didn't mean to misbehave. And asked him not to mail me further.

After some time, he again mailed me offering a gift from his part for the time I spent with him. But also to make sure that I spent some time with him as well. So I didn't accept any money and also apologized for wasting his time. He replied with a Thank you and Best Wishes (again spelt wrong english).

So my question is, is there any chance of him taking legal action against me ? Or any ground under which he can take legal action? It has been 4 months already and no contact from him since...

PLEASE consider this question seriously as I am looking for a genuine response.

Thanks!!

Dear Sir / Madam,

No. There is no chance of your prospective client taking any legal action against you since you have neither harmed him nor damaged his reputation intentionally nor unintentionally in any way whatsoever.
