Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
there is an incorrect entry on the Record of Rights (ROR) both in RS and LR . On the basis of my Misc Petition Dist Land and Land Reforms Officer directed the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to take action u/s 51A(4) Suo-Motu of WBLR Act 1955 to correct the ROR.
But the RS record is old for 60 years .
Now Is it possible to correct the wrong entry in both the RS and LR Records u/s 51A(4) SUO-MOTU by the BL&LRO?

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES, based on the order of the Land Reforms Officer, the wrong entry in the RS and LR records has to be amended suo-moto by the BL&LRO;.
