i am from India. my father bought a property in my mothrtd namr snd condtructed a house.every thing has been done by my father. but the property is in my mothers namr. my mother died in 2011. my father is alive.we are two brothers and three sisters. i am younger and my father is residing with me. my elder brother aleays abuse my father and threatens him to divide the house among the two of us. my father is very tensed. please help me out and sujjest how the division shall b e done by my father?

Let ur father make a registered partition deed. All legal heirs get equal share.
