Dear Sir / Madam,
If the title of the property is in the name of the father, as the guardian of the minor daughter, he does not need his minor daughter's consent to deal with the property in the manner he best deems fit. If the title of the property is in the name of the minor daughter, the father has to hold the property on the minor's behalf till she completes 18 years of age, and he cannot sell it till she attains the age of majority.
Regards,
Yes, a father is entitled to sell his property without consent of his minor daughter. However, if the property is in the share of daughter, the father may sell only after obtaining prior permission from the court after satisfying the court that sale in the interest of the minor.
