Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hello. i am from india and i have legally changed my name through official gazette of india. i have a land property registered to my old name. how can i change my name on those ownership documents ? and if i don't, will i still be able to sell it ? will it cause problems in future ? please reply.

you may execute the sale deed by your new name and file the copy of official gazette at the time of registration. however, it is advisable that the transfer be done under the able guidance of a lawyer.
