Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi I am from India. married. 30 years of age. Living with my husband. My brother is trying to take away all the assets of my grandfather and unfortunately my parents are misdirected by him. Now he is not allowing us to come to my granfather's property. Can anyone pls help me what legal actions I can take. My grandfather is no more. My parents have no self acquired assets. My parents are alive and unfortunately supporting to all the wills of my brother.

You may lodge a complaint with local police, if there is any physical restraint. You may also consider filing a civil suit for possession of your by way of partition of the property.
