Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

i am from india. this should be not visible to any one plz. my grandfather gave some land to her 4 son's. the 1st brother sold her land along with road to others but in papers they wrote that they will write to panchayath and take the money 10years back, now they are saying that u didnot buy the road so buy it now. they also said that the 4 son should also buy the road. is their any solution.

Dear Sir / Madam,

A common road or pathway in between two or more properties or plots of land is called "no man's land" and it does not belong to any of the property owners.
