Dear Sir,
Who in the Army Authority summarily "accepted" your wife's plea without giving you an opportunity to put forward your case and decided action ex-party ? When the Sessions Court has passed an order for payment of monthly Maintenance Allowance of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) to your estranged wife, "status quo" thereon has to be maintained. You should write to the Chief Officer - Garrison in your Army Headquarters in Darjeeling to justify deduction, else immediate discontinue the unauthorized illegal debit of Rs. 11,220/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Only) in your salary, stating clearly in your application that the matter is subjudice, and Court order for upward revision in Maintenance Allowance is required.
