Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am an indian citizen.i went on 03 days leave and could not return on time. i overstayed for 68 days due to illness of my doughter. on return i submitted the medical papers to authority. he considered the papers but regularised my leave with leave without pay though i had 250 days of earn leave and 800 days of half pay leave. i feel it is illegal. how far i am correct

are you working in the govt department or in a private company. what are your terms of employment. The service rule /terms of appointment are required to reach any conclusion.
