i am Indian I live in chandigarh.my mother is a widow, she got this property from her husband through will. she has five sons, but she wants to give it to me as a gift. other sons are against this , what can i do

Dear Sir,
Your mother is free to gift the property to you, irrespective and immaterial of the other sons being for or against it.
