Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kuwait

i am indian working in kuwait as labour.few days bfore due to some work i have been given my kuwait civil id photo copy to my friend.Now he was breaks friendship because he takes my money and he was not returning.when i was asking him forcely he returns my money.Again after 2 month he was call me and told i have your civil id photo copy so i will mis using my civil id photo copy,and h tolds me when ever i will go for vacation in airport i have to pay money becoz my friend is misused my photo copy is its true.what i have to do now,really i will gets problem in airport.please kindly help me with right answers.

Dear Friend,

Tell your friend once and for all that if he keeps threatening you with misusing your Civil ID photocopy, you will report the matter to your boss and the Police, if he does not return back the entire money borrowed by him from you. Stop giving him any money again, as he is literally bullying you. He cannot do any harm to you with the photocopy and is verbally fooling you to take advantage of you by extracting money. He is a cheat. If he does misuse the photocopy in any manner whatsoever, only he, and not you will get into serious trouble.

It is better you stop maintaining any friendship with such a person. He does not deserve to be your friend anymore.
