there is injection on my house. i want to change my house which is under injection . can i change my house or will it be a legal problem?????????

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should file a writ in the Court requesting the Judge for vacation of the injunction order passed on your property, so that you can immediately Gift or sell it on the injunction order being vacated by the Court.If you are in possession of the property, you can still lease it to another party if the opposite party is willing to lease it in the present status.
