Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a injection order from civil court for reconection of water connection. but. my brother is not allowing us to. do the reconnection of the water. on top of that he ia abusing the court. and us .we have the recording .we went to the police station they are not listning to us .

File a written complaint in the police station, send through speed post to commissioner, joint commissioner. Then file a criminal complaint in Metropolitan Magistrate court, along with all the evidence.
