Sub : Issue regarding Property

Dear Sir/Madam

Greetings of the Day

I would like to introduce myself as IT Executive in Plywood Industry. I want to take your advice regarding our property. Actually, my father got expired last month and they are five brothers and sisters (2 sisters married and two brothers married) and from these two, one brother (my uncle-Taya Ji) is adopted by other parents. We have 100 yard house in malerkotla (punjab). My uncle(Chachu) and my father were living together in that house. Now my uncle has brought a new house and he shifted from there. But he lock his portion and not agree not to settle matter. Neither he wants to buy this house nor to sale. This property is legally registered in the name of my grandfather ,he. also got expired but my grandmother is still alive and living with us not with my uncle.

Please advise me that what can i do legally for buy this house.

Your kind co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciated .

Regards

Chandan Shori
